♢Terms of service♢

❥ General
-All commissions will be done digitally.
-I wont mimic another person's art style.
-Must be 18+ to order NSFW art and privately discuss the details of said commission.
-Clients can commission for more than one drawing at a time.
-I have the right to refuse any commission form.
-I accept description based commissions, although I do heavily prefer image references.--------❥ Payment
-I will not begin working on the commission until I receive full payment.
-I accept only USD payments via paypal.me and points.
-Pay through 'Goods & Services' and select 'No address needed', otherwise I'll refund the transaction.
-(Deviant art users only) I will make a widget for point commissions; clients must not send points until I say otherwise.
-Must be able to pay within 24 hours of submitting the commission form.
-Clients must be aware and prepared for additional charges in the case of:
-Extremely detailed characters
-Complex props like weapons, machinery, etc.
-Detailed backgrounds--------❥ Communication
-After accepting a commission and receiving payment, all questions or discussion about my progress will be done either via note or email.
-I typically respond within 24 hours after receiving.
-Please keep in contact about revisions, progress reports, refunds, or general concerns; my note and email are almost exclusively for commission discussion only.--------❥ Process
-I generally complete commissions within 5-30 days after payment.
-I usually don't accept deadlines.
-Larger pieces, like shaded full body illustrations, take longer to complete than smaller pieces, like icons.
-Commissions are worked on in order I receive them and are scheduled in queue by date.
-I will do progress reports only upon request.--------❥ Refunds
-I will not issue a full or partial refund once the commission is in queue, completed, or in progress.
-I will refund the payment if circumstances prevent me from going through with the commission.
-Contact me to fix anything undesired while the drawing is in progress, otherwise the transaction is complete.--------❥ Copyright and Permissions
-I will automatically upload all completed commissions online publicly unless otherwise requested.
-No one may edit, trace, or copy my art; this extends to my signature as well.
-The client may re-upload the commission but must credit me.
-Commissions are for personal use and may not be resold or used on products for purchase.
-Outsourcing commissions like talksprites, thumbnails etc. will feature an upcharge in addition to normal pricing as my work would be available for the buyers monetary use. Upcharge will vary by piece.

Violation of the listed polices will result in being reported, blocked, and added to a blacklist.
